By downloading, installing, or using any of our applications (including KcalKite, ExpireWise, AutoWise, and any future apps published under Moltbot), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use our applications.
2. Description of Services
Our applications provide various utility and productivity features. Specific features vary by application and may include calorie tracking, document expiration tracking, vehicle maintenance tracking, and other features as described in each app’s listing.
3. Subscriptions and Payments
Some of our applications offer premium features through auto-renewable subscriptions:
- Subscription details including pricing, duration, and included features are displayed within each application before purchase.
- Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
- Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- You can manage and cancel your subscriptions by going to your App Store account settings.
4. User Accounts
Some applications may require you to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You may delete your account at any time through the application’s Settings menu. Account deletion will permanently remove your data from our systems.
5. Privacy

6. Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality of our applications are owned by Moltbot and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
Our applications are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the applications will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Moltbot shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of our applications.
9. Health and Nutritional Disclaimer
Our calorie tracking and fitness applications (including KcalKite) are for informational purposes only and are not intended to replace professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult a qualified healthcare provider before making changes to your diet or exercise routine.
10. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Use at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of our applications after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
